Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov blamed for the massacre in the town of Syria, Houla that caused by the foreign intervention in the Syrian rebels who have received weapons and launched mercenary army. "The tragedy in Houla showed what could be the result of financial support
and supply smuggled weapons to the rebels and the intake of foreign mercenaries and contacts with various kinds of extremists," the statement said the Russian Foreign Ministry.
